This report details the insights collected by the NHS South West London engagement team as part of the outreach with people living in temporary accommodation or experiencing homelessness in Merton. This work aimed to understand experiences of local health and care services.

Health disparities based on ethnicity have been long documented in the UK. One important factor lies in ethnicity-based differences in the quality of interactions with healthcare professionals in primary care, and the effects this has on patient trust and engagement.

The report presents the results of a survey into the public perceptions of health and social care conducted between 21 and 27 November 2024 with 2,198 adults aged 16 and older across the UK.
