Dismantling racism and advancing equity cannot be done in isolation or solely from boardrooms. This work demanded a different approach - one rooted in trust, transparency, and community leadership. That’s why we partnered with both statutory bodies and the vibrant Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) sector.

The reasons why ethnic minorities have poorer mental health experiences are complex and multifactorial. But we cannot escape the fact that racism, discrimination and unconscious bias all play a role.
