What we do
Integrated care is about giving people the support they need, joined up across the NHS, local councils and community partners.
Integrated Care Board
Our ICB decides how the NHS budget for South West London is spent and develops a plan to improve people’s health, deliver higher quality care and better value for money.
Integrated Care Partnership
Our Integrated Care Partnership (ICP) brings the NHS together with other key partners like local authorities to develop a strategy to enable the ICS to improve health and wellbeing.
Our providers
Our providers deliver a range of health and care services across South West London, including hospital, mental health and community services.
Primary Care Networks
Primary Care Networks (PCNs) bring GP practices together with community, mental health, social care, pharmacy, hospital services in their local areas.
Local authorities
The six local authorities in South West London play a vital role in improving health and wellbeing outcomes and in reducing health inequalities.
Voluntary and community sector
Many voluntary and community services are already working seamlessly alongside health and care services in South West London.

Healthwatch is your local health and social care champion, working with the NHS and local authorities to improve care.
