The SWL Spring Grants 2025 engagement programme aimed to capture qualitative feedback from underserved and marginalised communities targeting Core20 populations, with a specific local focus in Wandsworth on respiratory disease.

We analysed insight reports from the 115 groups we funded to engage – who held around 350 activities reaching 10,000 residents. There were lots of common themes which came up regularly during discussions. You can also read borough-specific feedback and deeper analysis of insights on pharmacy, vaccination and the NHS app in later sections.

This report summarises the insight from people and communities in 2023-24. In total, the review examined about 300 reports submitted by Healthwatch organisations, voluntary and community sector organisations, NHS Trusts, local councils, and Place-based public and patient engagement teams.
