This report explores the experiences of accessing NHS health services in South West London for those who do not speak English as a first language. This work builds on insights from our 2025 spring engagement fund, where language barriers were identified as a key issue in accessing health and care services.

This report shares insight gathered from 481 residents across Wandsworth through the Neighbourhood Engagement Fund 2026. It highlights people's experiences of accessing health and support services, identifies barriers and unmet needs, and sets out recommendations to help shape future neighbourhood-based health and care services.

This report presents the findings of Healthwatch Kingston's Enter & View visit to Surbitonian Gardens Care Home, which was carried out by its Authorised Representatives.

The purpose of this engagement was to understand what people in Richmond think works well about current sleep apnoea services; their views on the proposal to bring Richmond sleep apnoea care in line with the rest of South West London and its impact; and what could help patients transfer to St George’s if this were to go ahead.
