This report details findings from insight conducted in Richmond, Wandsworth, Sutton, Merton and Croydon between 2020 and 2024 – identifying the key issues and challenges experienced by children and young people and their families in relation to emotional wellbeing and SEND.

This report explains the activities and events funded through the South West London Winter Engagement Fund 2023/24. The fund gave grants of up to £500 to local community organisations to help people stay healthy and get the right information about NHS services during winter. The organisations also asked people for feedback to help improve future winter planning.

This report summarises the activities, events, and lessons learned from the South West London Childhood Immunisation Grant Fund 2024. The programme provided small grants to community and voluntary organisations to promote awareness about childhood immunisations, and to signpost to the relevant NHS services.

This report summarises the insight from people and communities in 2023-24. In total, the review examined about 300 reports submitted by Healthwatch organisations, voluntary and community sector organisations, NHS Trusts, local councils, and Place-based public and patient engagement teams.

The needs assessment conducted by The Polish Family Association (PFA) and Healthwatch Merton, focuses on the Polish and Eastern European community, aimed to investigate the disparities in healthcare for these populations within the Borough of Merton.

Healthwatch Sutton explored patient, carer, and GP practice staff experience of the delivery of the Accessible Information Standard in South West London.

The repot showcases Healthwatch Merton's work from 2023-24.

Group discussions on local maternity and neonatal services were held across communities in Croydon, Epsom and St Helier and St George's. Information and feedback gathered throughout the events will guide quality improvement.

In May to July 2021, Merton Council spoke to people about day services in Merton for people with learning disabilities.
