NHSmail is the secure email service approved by the Department of Health and Social Care for sharing patient identifiable and sensitive information enabling collaboration between health and social care organisations.
NHSmail is free for social care organisations and is available to all CQC-registered care providers in England who have achieved ‘Standards Met’ on the Data Security and Protection Toolkit (DSPT). If you need help with DSPT, please get in touch.
