Mike has been the Chief Officer of Healthwatch Richmond since July 2013 and has over 15 years of experience in the NHS, social care and the charity sector. Mike is passionate about understanding the needs and experiences of people and patients and ensuring that NHS and social care services are delivered in ways that meet those needs and will bring this focus to Richmond’s Place committee.
