Jen Allan

Jennifer is Chief Operating Officer of South West London and St George’s Mental Health NHS Trust, where she leads the successful operational delivery and improvement of all the Trust’s clinical services, having previously worked at a senior level in a number of acute and community trusts across London. Jennifer works with her team to shape SWL mental health services around the needs of our local communities, and with system colleagues to support urgent care pathways as well as preventive strategies to support mental wellbeing. Jennifer has a particular interest in digital transformation and the positive impact digital can have on patient care. As part of the Kingston and Richmond place leadership team, Jennifer supports local priorities around mental health and in particular children’s and young people’s mental health service transformation.
