Cllr Andreas Kirsch has been the Leader of Kingston Council since October 2021 and has represented the Chessington South and Malden Rushett ward for six years. Prior to his current roles, Andreas taught Japanese Studies at SOAS University of London and also served as a governor at Chessington School.
