From money matters to mental health and wellbeing, Sutton Council, local charities, community groups and partners are working together to support you and those you care about with the rising cost of living.
To find out what support is available to you or how you can help others you can:
- visit the Sutton Council website
- call 020 8770 5000
- visit your library or the civic offices
Sutton Council has also created Warm Spaces in its libraries. Local residents are welcome to spend as long as they want to in our libraries during opening hours.
A visit to a Warm Space will offer a warm welcome, free wi-fi and a number of computers which are available to anyone to use, as well as plenty of books to choose from. There is no need to book, just turn up and make use of what’s on offer.”
Cllr Ruth Dombey, Leader, Sutton Council
Warm Spaces volunteers are on hand at specific times at different Sutton libraries to sign-post residents in the right direction for any help and guidance they may need and are great at listening as well as having a chat.
To find out when and where, visit the Sutton Council Warm Spaces webpage.
If you find yourself struggling, please visit a Warm Space and a Warm Spaces Volunteer will be on hand to help you.
