SEND inspection underway in Richmond, please share your views

OFSTED and the Care Quality Commission (CQC) are visiting Richmond to assess how effective the local area partnership’s commissioning arrangements are at identifying and meeting the needs of children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

As part of the inspection process, OFSTED is keen to hear from parents, carers, young people, and practitioners about their experiences. Please take this opportunity to contribute to the Local Area Inspection. Your views are important and will help inspectors understand your child’s experience of the arrangements within your area.

Filling out the survey will allow inspectors to consider the views of children and young people, parents and carers and practitioners. The survey is now live and will close at 9am on 26 September 2023.
