“In South West London we start from a very good place, because we perform well, we work well with our partners, and we have a great reputation.
“What I would like us to be is the best ICS in the country. I say that because we start from a good place, we’re a reasonable size so we can only get better. Good to better is the motto I think, good to excellent.
“Also, I think, to be honest, we can prove the ICS model. We can show how it works, collaboratively but with laser like focus on the patient and the citizens and their needs. So I’m very optimistic that the ICS, with the way we’ve set it up and the people we have, can make those things happen.”
