Healthwatch Richmond report on their achievements in 2023-24. During this period:
- 1,217 people shared their experiences of health and social care with them
- 203 people came to them for advice and information
- They published six reports on a variety of topics, including access to pharmacies and improving mental health crisis care
- They made an impact on a variety of topics including children’s cancer care, NHS dentistry, pharmacy closure, phlebotomy, SEND and mental health.
