Healthwatch Richmond is looking at patients’ experiences of General Practice within Richmond upon Thames. This is following on from our October 2024 report ‘Patient Experience of General Practice in Richmond‘.
We visited Hampton Hill Medical Centre on the 21st and 22nd of July 2025 and spoke to 30 patients and 5 members of staff.
Overall, we feel that this is a positive report. We hope that this report provides assurance, especially in relation to patient satisfaction with the practice.
