As part of Healthwatch Croydon’s Annual Meeting in July 2025, participants shared their views on Croydon’s Adult Social Care strategy. Over 50 participants took part to help inform the Strategy’s development.
The session focussed on hearing residents’ and organisations’ experiences of supporting people who use Adult Social Care services in Croydon. Each table were given an overview of the Strategy’s six priorities and considered practical ideas related to each. Healthwatch Croydon then analysed participants’ suggestions and this report presents their findings. The report also makes further suggestions for the Strategy.
