“I think south west London is already a great place to live and work in.
“I think there’s real opportunities to think about making it even better, whether that’s retention incentives, whether it’s recruitment incentives.
“And one of the things I think that particularly my clinical colleagues are interested in is education and research.
“So if you are going to come and work in healthcare in south west London for our ICS hopefully you’ll be excited by the opportunities to do things that you wouldn’t get to do in other places, particularly when it comes to research and innovation.
“And that’s where there’s going to be a real focus in the first few years.”
