We want to involve as many local people in our work as we can. It’s very important to us that we learn more about what you think of health and care in the borough, so we can improve things together.

Community Voices Kingston
Community Voices Kingston aims to bring together a mix of local organisations/groups and community champions who represent our local population including those we do not traditionally hear from.
The group will be an opportunity for attendees to:
- share with local health and care representatives what their local community or client group is experiencing about local services.
- work with us and other community reps to use the insight and feedback shared to identify actions/next steps to improve the quality of local services.
- explore opportunities for partnership working including potential funding opportunities relating to health and wellbeing.
- advise and act as a sounding board on our early plans for working with local communities to inform health and care projects e.g., redesigning or introducing new services.
If you’re part of a voluntary or community group and would like to represent them in this group, email [email protected]

Patient participation groups
Speak to your GP surgery about joining their patient participation group (PPG). Generally made up of a group of volunteer patients, the practice manager and one or more GPs from the practice, PPGs meet regularly to discuss the services on offer and how improvements can be made for the benefit of patients and the practice.
