This report from Wandsworth Care Alliance (WCA) presents the findings of the Neighbourhood Engagement Fund 2026, delivered on behalf of NHS South West London Integrated Care Board (SWL ICB).
Through grants awarded to 11 voluntary and community organisations, conversations were held with 481 residents across Wandsworth to understand their experiences of accessing health and support services within their local neighbourhoods.
The report explores what is working well, the challenges people face, and the support that communities value most. It also highlights opportunities to improve access, build trust, strengthen community-based support and ensure local people play a meaningful role in shaping future health and care services.
