Bourne House is situated in the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames and is one of a number of homes across the country run by Aria Healthcare.
The Enter and View visit to Bourne House was conducted as part of Healthwatch Kingston’s series of announced Enter and View visits to local care and nursing homes which took place between April 2024 – April 2025. Funding was continued for a further year to March 2026.
Healthwatch Kingston visited Bourne House on two consecutive weeks at different times of day, to enable observations of lunchtime and evening meals, and activities that took place.
