Croydon’s recent Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment (PNA, Croydon Council, 2025) provides key information about the delivery of community pharmacy in Croydon. This report and Healthwatch Croydon’s accompanying survey seeks to complement the PNA’s work, by providing commissioners and service providers with greater insight on how service users in Croydon access community pharmacy. The project also gathered service providers’ experiences to provide further insight.

Between August and November 2025, Healthwatch Croydon surveyed 211 residents about their experience of using community pharmacy services. They also asked 16 pharmacists about their experience of delivering these services, to ensure they had a rounded perspective on community pharmacy.
