The independent investigation into the NHS by Lord Darzi found that the National Health Service (NHS) “is in critical condition, but its vital signs are strong”. In response, the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care announced the government would publish a 10 Year Health Plan as part of its mission to make the NHS fit for the future.
This report details the insights gained from the engagement exercise (Change NHS) which played an essential role in developing the 10 Year Health Plan.
