June 2024 industrial action
Junior doctor industrial action is taking place from 7am on Thursday 27 June to 7am Tuesday 2 July 2024.
The strike action is expected to cause major disruption – but the NHS is still here for people who need care. People needing medical help or advice should go to 111.nhs.uk first, unless it is a life-threatening emergency, in which case they need to call 999.
