Between 20 March to 20 April 2026, we ran a survey to understand people’s experiences, expectations and views of dermatology services, to help inform how care for skin conditions can be improved across south west London.

Gastroenterology outpatients survey insight report

This page shares findings from a survey of 187 people about their experiences of gastroenterology outpatient services across south west London. The survey explored how people access care for digestive symptoms, their journey through diagnosis and treatment, and their views on whether care is delivered in the right place, at the right time, with the right support.

SWL Crisis Cafés: Service user and carer insight report

The purpose of this engagement exercise was to understand people’s experiences of using crisis cafes in South West London. It provided several ways for people to share their views - an online survey (252 responses); semi-structured interviews online or on the phone and in person at crisis cafes (c21 in-depth conversations).
