Dominic is the Hospital Director for the West Middlesex University Hospital. He was previously Director of Strategy at Chelsea & Westminster Foundation Trust and led the merger between the two organisations in 2015. Dominic joined the NHS in 1988 and has held a number of acute hospital general management, commissioning and policy development roles. He is energised by integrated care and, in particular, the Anchor Institution approach and the concept of hospitals and health partners not just as providers of excellent healthcare but as a place to improve overall community health and economic wellbeing.
